About Madan Kamdev Temple
Madan Kamdev Temple is a revered archaeological and spiritual site situated atop a hill in Baihata Chariali, Assam. The ruins here date back to the Pala dynasty (10th–12th century CE) and feature more than 20 temple structures. The temple complex is often compared to Khajuraho because of its beautifully carved erotic sculptures and depictions of divine love.
